Had a great experience at Carl Black with Joel the past couple days. Ended up with a nice new Duramax 1500! Loved working with Joel. He’s the kind of sales man that I love. Not pushy at all, asks what your looking for & he finds it for you. My girlfriend ended up buying a truck from Joel like an hour after me! I def recommend Carl Black & ask for Joel!
Service Dept is HORRIBLE. ZERO communication. They've had my daughter's car for two weeks and we have no idea what is going on with it because John doesn't know how to use a phone. Last time they said the car was ready, it conked out on the on-ramp 5 minutes after she picked it up from the dealer.
I have yet to have a good experience. I bought a truck and since then it has been hell. When I make an appointment for an oil change on multiple occasions I’m here for an hour after my appointment time before my car is even serviced on. On one occasion I was going to be charged for a service I had a warranty on even through I purchased the warranty when I bought the car through you all. No accommodations have been made or offered either.
Parts Department went above and beyond to help me get what I needed!!!
While driving around Nashville, we experienced car trouble. We searched for a dealership and found Carl Black. Our car required an expensive repair, which took five weeks to complete. Add in a $1800 rental car and our experience became a "nightmare". Living out of state, we had to call the service department to get updates. Our calls were either not returned or we were given multiple excuses and different "stories" about the parts being in, not being in, having to be be re-ordered.
had to drop my truck off for service, waited almost an hour for a shuttle driver to get to work that never showed up so I had to uber to work. I then had to uber back to the dealership where no one knew where my keys or truck were. After a 45 minute search they found both but then let me know that they "didn't get to my truck" today. avoid this place like the plague!
