I needed a prescription request - the lady on reception Emily was very helpful and got it sorted within a couple of hours - excellent service
Not the place I want to go to again, doctor is no help looking up in the air as iam speaking about my pain the standard is dreadful sice Dr Davies went disappointed
I have never been so grateful to the hard work and effort the staff here make at the surgery. The pressure they must be under is intense. I like the fact that I can request prescriptions/alterations to my medication via the NHS Wales app which keeps the phone lines free for more important patients requiring more urgent care. You actually get a timely response and informed on when these requests have been passed over to a doctor for review not left hanging around wondering if your request is sat in a long admin queue. Made the move from forge road and now it seems half the surgery did. Phoned up this morning and I’ve now been told that if you have a cold, sore throat, chest infection anything like that, do not contact us anymore we cannot keep up your basically wasting our time and go to the pharmacy.
