I have bought 6 cars from 15,000.00 to 46,000.00 in the last 6 months. It has been fun and easy until CarHavn. The owner called fast but, misquoted the price as 5,500.00 (an honest mistake.) Since I had talked to several dealers about a Mini, I was confused. I pointed out the error not as a method of negotiating but, to clear up my confusion. Working on 'high end sales' does not give you a license to treat other salespeople badly. Our almost 100 Google reviews with a 4.7/5 rating paint a clear picture of who we are. I am happy we did not conduct business. And the hot MINI convertible you asked about sold within a week - to a lovely couple who left us a great review.

Vehicle was not properly described in ad. All four wheels were gouged and one wheel was missing a chunk of material on edge. The right front had been crashed and poorly repaired and the fender to bumper mounting was loose. The left front door had been damage and poorly repaired. It was advertised as clean which was false.

The wheels are not gouged and have minimal cosmetic imperfections, as can be expected of a used car. There are no chunks of material missing.
