We purchased this 2013 Mini from Ramiro Jara who has a talent for listening, understanding, and being engaged by sharing his own enthusiasm and knowledge of his products. We would highly recommend CarHavn to anyone we know, since Ramiro's rare honesty and ability to connect made this an exceptional experience. His natural ability to build a relationship with his consumer creates a trust which facilitates the process of buying. We must say, he went overboard to address any of the issues we had.

I have already purchased one vehicle - a BMW X3 - from Carhavn, and would buy another in a second. Ramiro is a total professional, honest, friendly and accommodating. When I asked to have the car checked out by an independent mechanic, he offered to drive it there himself. He let me go on an extended test drive to make sure I was comfortable with the car. So many times with used-car dealers, the process feels slimy and scary. At Carhavn, it couldn't be more different. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.
