Disappointed the car sold and I kept getting emails about it.

They called right away answered all of my question & were very helpful.
Reached out about a car they were offering, the so called manager was extremely rude, acting as if he was doing me a favor that I was interested in a car, which is overpriced to say the least, when I asked if there was any room for negotiation, they simply never answered back.... Very poor customer service, wouldn't think of ever buying a car from here, I'd stay away from this place.

There is no name in this review, so we have no idea who wrote it. We price all our cars to CarGurus rating scale, so it's extremely improbable that we were 'overpriced'. But if we were - why contact us if we advertise everywhere that we are a best-deal upfront store? We understand that some buyers have tight budgets. However, we specialize in fun, enthusiast cars which are hard to find, and which we recondition thoroughly at the specialist level in our two technical centers. While I ultimately didn't end up buying from CarHavn, they were responsive and, had they had a vehicle that would've worked for me, I would have considered them for a purchase.

Total bait and switch dealership. Had a deal done, price negotiated and finalized. Was just waiting on paperwork for my credit union. When I received the paperwork from the dealership, it was $775 HIGHER than negotiated price. Price was negotiated and agreed no dealer fees or other fees as I was a out of state buyer. But yet they added in a $595 “dealer processing fee” and a $159 VIN etching fee even though I do not live or would not be registering the vehicle in CT. Rdorrance7475 - we have absolutely no idea what this review is all about. This experience never happened in our store, nor do we have records of a customer by this name. Our pricing is clearly described in our advertising, and is in line with all best practices in our state and region. A dealer conveyance fee and CT Vin etch is standard in all our vehicles, as is the practice in the industry.
I just purchased a vehicle and the sales process was easy and painless. So far, so good!
