I received a very quick response to my question about the tires on the vehicle and pricing different tires. They gave me a great price on tires & that they would paid for the tires I wanted on the vehicle since I live in upstate New York with lots of snow.

Spoke to salesman about a car for two days. The day the car was ready after repairs, I was on my way to purchase the car only to be told they sold the car. Seems like nice people, though.
