Everything went very smoothly. Ramiro was amazing to work with throughout the sales process. Nicole assisted with car transport which is something other dealers I have purchased from did not. They provided great communication with me along the way. A very pleasant experience and I highly recommend them!

Very nice, willing to help i had a very good feeling from them even though it was theough email exchanges but i will be doing business with them
Not good. I contacted dealer about this car and he said it was available and said to come and see it. When I was on my way to see it from 90 miles away he called and told me the car was just sold. So I turned around and went home. Later that day I continued to search for similar cars and found the same car on different sites such as car fax cars.com etc still unsold with I price increase of $1500. Then 3 days later that car was marked as sold at the higher price. I feel he used the bait and switch price tactic

Recently completed the purchase of a 2015 MINI Countryman. I’ve been waiting for a few weeks to post a review as you never how a dealer will react once the deal is completed. While I did my due diligence prior to purchasing, my MINI ended up running really rough and sputtering about a week after purchasing. As I had a warranty, I brought the car back to CarHavn.
