The live in carer we had wasn't suitable !! No interaction with my mum. No notes up to date. No contact from agency or check up phonecall or any careplan. Carer said she could cook, but the one & only meal she cooked independently was awful. Not a balanced meal - no carbohydrates were served. When I requested she looked for an alternative placement the duty manager didn't really seem apologetic for the poor service we had received. Awful carers, rough and unprofessional.
Individual carers are lovely, however management and administration are serious inadequate, meaning regular missed/late calls. Disorganised to the point of dangerous.
