Did web check-in, was called about an hour later like I requested, little wait time when I arrived, saw the Dr. He was nice and very efficient, was told I had strep, given the prescription and sent on my way within an hour. Feeling better today, can go back to work Wednesday �
I was there last night, the staff was friendly and the Dr prescribed me meds and have me a shot for an allergic reaction I had. They are not helping me and my rash is spreading.. I called and left a message for the nurse, after a few hours of no return call I called care now again to be told the nurse would call me back between patients tonight before they closed! They closed 45 minutes ago and still no call!! I even asked if I should just come back up there! So now another sleepless night itching and hurting! Thank you so m... read more
They just need to learn to get people in and out quicker. Other then that it wasn't to bad.
Staff at front desk was very efficient. Provided excellent customer service on a Fri evening. Treated every one coming respectfully. The doctor was so nice professional. I really appreciated all 3 who took care of my son and dealt with this stressed nervous worried mom.
