You would think when you check in that they would tell you it would be well over 3 hours to see dr get treated and get out. We have not seen the light at the end of the tunnel yet and have been here almost 4 hours. Needed an X-ray so dr goes to see patients while you wait for dr to get back to you. Needless to say we knew there would be a wait but this is ridiculous. Never again. People that came in after us have come out and gone. Don’t waste a day here.

I did web check-in and was called at 1052 to head to the clinic. Got there and it was over an hour before the doctor came in. Waited on X-ray for well over 30 minutes after I was told it’s on be a few minutes. At 1240, I’m still waiting on my X-ray to be done. When asked if I can leave and come back because I’m late for an appointment, I was told that it would be considered another office visit and I’d have to pay $50 again. Ridiculous! They lost my paperwork so waited an hour and half. Finally they realized they did and then the doctor took almost an hour to see us. I had to ask them if she was coming or not or we probably would have waited longer. Worst service ever. Will not be coming back or recommending this carenow to anyone!!

Explain to me how a doctor says a sprain heals in 2 weeks. Not true, and be told to go back to work. My husband had a follow up appointment and still was in pain. He was hoping to have an MRI done to be safe than sorry. We end up getting a second opinion the next day. So sad...we will definitely will not be coming back. Even the wait was horrendous. We will definitely recommend all family and friends not to come here.�

Front desk employee were not very friendly. Nurse was ok Very cold in room 4! Dr. Was not very friendly and lacks communication. I’ve been here almost 3 hours and was the first one here!

I have been here an hour in pain so I called after doing web check in. They lied and said the called both numbers which is not true. Both phones are lying right beside me. Neither were called. Instead of admitting they misdialed I was put at the end of the line. The staff there is very very rude. I thought I would try again after they prescribed me the wrong medicine but they haven't gotten any better. Customer service is HORRIBLE! I'm calling corporate on Monday and the State Medical Board as well!

Horrible horrible horrible nurses! They don’t let you finish what you have to say, they speak over you, and the wait is FOREVER!!! They also misdiagnose, told my mom she has cancer and referred her to a specialist but I told her to see her PCP instead and get a second opinion; turned out it’s scoliosis (I’ll take that than cancer any day). If you really value your money and time most definitely don’t waist it here.
