As a parent I am COMPLETELY disgusted in being turned away about two hrs ago at this location due to my insurance! My son nearly sliced the entire tip of his finger off in his culinary arts class today.! We rushed to the closet emergency location and they told me they cld only wrap it bc of my insurance. Hell I cldve wrap it!!!! The school already wrapped it and was applying pressure. It was bloody bc it was not like some regular small cut! A piece of his fingertip was FLAPPING!!!! Service was great....login for an appointment...got a phone call...the wait was very short...the staff was outstanding...they listen to my concerns...made sure I was ok before i left the office...
Yesterday was the best service I’ve received at this location in a while. From the web check-in down to the phone calls and arriving GREATNESS!!!!! Dr Edward Carew prescribed me an epi pen for my allergic reactions and thankfully my insurance covered them, again thank you for taking care of me!!!!! Allergic to cod, who would’ve thought
I didn’t have to wait , i was taken back right away. Everyone was very polite

This visit was not as good been waiting for doctor for 3 hours to only spend 3 minutes with him!!! Thats after being called in to the office 1.5 hours before getting my room!!! This is the worst they have been for all the times I come here!!!
