Quick, efficient and took care of our issue quick and professional. Glad they are close to home and convenient
I was in for a physical for my job. I went right after I got off from work at 6:30 am I was very sleepy but I can say I stayed a lengthy time there wasn't but one doctor at the time I was there. I can't complain too much about my visit I was too sleepy. The nurses was very nice.
Very careless, rude, and unprofessional. They forgot to give me one of the prescriptions we discussed and I didn't notice until I got home from the pharmacy. Called them back, they apologized but said she was about to get off and eluded to the inconvenience of fixing their mistake, but said she would. They never did. I called them back this morning after they had been open for a couple hours and they still hadn't done it. Not only that, they tried to blame me for their string of careless mistakes. Did Web Check In and still waited almost an hour. Doctor seemed like she was very new and unsure of herself. Was told if I had any issues to call back. Left 3 messages over 2 days and no one returned my call. Finally got someone on the phone, when I refused to leave any more messages or hang up. Was told that someone should've let me know the doctor wanted me to come back to ensure I didn't have pneumonia after she told me in the initial visit I definitely did NOT have it. I will not be going back.
