Absolutely the WORST carenow/urgent care I have EVER been to. Called ahead and did the check in online, they checked me in and I have now been back in this office for over an hour waiting to be seen. I’m super close to just leaving without help. Don’t ever come here!
Have always received excellent service to date. It was freezing cold - colder than I've ever experienced in room #4. Could have been my ole body. Great new Dr. McKinney (looks like me) friendly and asked good questions. Needle poke for blood - didn't feel it � so I was happy. #greatstaff Side note: One front staff was being chastised by a patient about an issue relating to insurance but she handled it excellently which should have made him feel just a wee bit small because she had no control over his insurance requirements. ... read more
Was able to get in and seen quickly. The staff was friendly and helpful. Feeling a little better already.
Friendly staff, everyone from front desk to the PA Sam who took care of me were great. Checking in from home is the best idea. I love not having to wait in the waiting room when I'm sick. Thanks CareNow�
In the beginning they gave me a hard time with my insurance but i was able to get my agency on the phone to clear it up. After that it was a speedy process. The Dr & staff were very nice & helpful as I was in alot of pain. Overall i will return if ever i need to.
The only thing good about my son's visit was the Dr. Dr. Mckinney had a great bed side manner. She was thoughtful and took time to listen to me & my son's visit. However the front office staff and the nurse who thinks she is America was not needed. Her eyelashes were too funny. But her attitude made her very rude.she has been there for a while employed maybe the other bitter staff made her bitter too. I will not go back there are plenty of urgent care centers who I can go to that take my insurance and money. I know this is a... read more
