I am EXTREMELY upset with the experience I’ve had with CareNow. I went last Monday to get a Covid test, and was told by the provider I would receive my results within 2 days. As I was checking out the receptionist told me it would be 2-5 days. I called on Thursday and left a voicemail with the nurse inquiring about my tests results, never got a call back, then yesterday (Saturday) I called again, and the very rude receptionist told me that results could take up to 10 days! RecommendedI have been using care now for over 10 years. My latest visit was for an ear infections in both ears, I was so dizzy. They were so kind and considerate. Got me in and out quickly. Feeling better already.

I checked in at 3:01 today and received a notice saying that they would notify me when my appointment was. I sat in their parking lot for almost 2 hours and never received anything. I finally went inside to see what was going on and I was told they had tried to call me three times and that my phone went straight to voicemail. I had my phone in my hands the entire time and never received a call. I never received a text or email either. I arrived at the clinic after they called and told me to come and still waited 2 hours before I was seen. I saw 3 people that came in way after me get called back before me and also leave before me!
