Tried to register with this one as it is close to my place but because I live in g535uh they said no I had to Google for a medical centre my self as the receptionist wouldn't help and she was rude as not long lived here as it is only over the train station bridge now have to find a medical what is not near
Whenever I have an appointment for a certain time, they don't take me in at that time. And I wait in the waiting room for another 30 minutes! Why do they give me an appointment for 10am and only take me in at 10:30! People who came after me were treated before me. Another problem was that I asked the doctor to give me birth control pills. She refused because she wasn't sure if I was pregnant, even though I told her I wasn't. That I knew 100%. She still refuses to give me the pills!
An absolutely shocking embarrassment of a practice. Can only offer 2 hours in the morning to get appointments because it benefits the doctors.
Generally very poor service except for Nurse staff. Impossible to get a face to face with a Dr. Very quick to pass you on to AE or hospital. Didn't refer me to outside agencies. So many problems!
An exceptional doctors surgery. All of the doctors I have been given an appointment with are thorough, caring and understanding, the way all doctors surgeries should be. The practice nurse and reception staff should also take a bow; friendly, helpful and great at their job. My partner is a medic and she was very impressed when I shared my experience with her. You are an absolute credit to the NHS guys.....keep up the amazing work.
