I dropped off a pearl bracelet to be re-threaded on Saturday and was given lead time of 2 weeks. On the following Tuesday morning I got a call to say it was already done! Brilliant customer service from every polite and personable member of staff I dealt with and extremely reasonable prices. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends too. Thanks so much! ☺️
Shocking customer service experience. Staff member had clearly had a bad day and took it out on her customer. Rude and unpleasant, will never use this jewellers again based on this experience and will encourage others to steer clear.
