We stayed at Caradon House as a group of 15 cricketers back in September, and it was absolutely perfect. The house itself is spacious, beautifully kept both inside and outside, and well-equipped with everything we needed to feel at home. It provided the ideal space for us to relax and remain together as a group without feeling scattered or cramped. We had a wonderful week at Caradon House- a few days with friends and a few with family. It worked well- everyone was impressed with the bedrooms and the spacious kitchen and sitting rooms. We had a big dinner in the dining room which was very special. The owners organised the caterers for us. The garden is fantastic – perfect for family croquet and cricket! We drove to Brancaster Beach in 15 minutes and walked the dogs and had a paddle. Great pub lunches, and a breakfast at Thornham Deli. The pub next to the house is great.... read more
Absolutely wonderful. Spotlessly clean throughout. It's an amazing house, all the rooms and bathrooms are really well appointed. Most of the bedrooms are ensuite, and the few that are not have bathrooms very close by. A superb modern kitchen, 3 ovens plus a microwave. 3 dishwashers and more than enough crockery and cutlery for everyone ( there were 17 adults in our group ). What a fabulous house. We had the most wonderful family weekend (we are a large family of 18) and always struggle to find somewhere for us all to stay. Caradon House offered all we wanted and more. Excellently appointed and all the bedrooms were incredibly comfortable with great ensuite facilities. Easy booking process and excellent communication with the owner who could not have been more helpful. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning to Caradon House.
