I have regularly attended Cara’s Ashtanga yoga classes at LANO in Chichester and also attended her sound bath and yoga workshop in Singleton. Cara is an amazing teacher, so warm, natural and encouraging to her students and always threads yogic philosophy beautifully through her classes. Her classes are challenging and energising so I achieve a great work out but also so beautifully calming and relaxing also. I always feel fantastic afterwards both mentally and physically. Thank you Cara xx

Cara is such an experienced Yoga Teacher, her classes are always so engaging. She provides a really supportive practice which is always enjoyable and energetic. I would highly recommend her yoga classes.

I love, love, love Cara's classes and would whole-heartedly recommend her as a yoga teacher, she is just fabulous. The sessions are strong and dynamic with just the right level of challenge to aid progression and always a wonderful relaxation at the end. Cara explains and demonstrates beautifully and gives great guidance and feedback. She is a lovely, warm-hearted person...her classes are the highlight of my week.
