I purchased a Hyundai Sonata and part of the deal was a spare set of keys. The electronic door opener has never worked so is useless. When I showed them, they had no interest in handling the defect. This is dishonest.
This visit was like many in the past. They made sure my car got the proper oil change and not have it come out like last time. Happy costumer!!!!
They are so awesome! They have helped us twice in the last year to get into brand new cars!! We couldn't believe it. He helped us and were very nice during the whole process. JACK MOUJAIS (I believe it's spelled that way sorry jack. But go see and ask for him!!) We can't thank him and car pros enough for everything and we will be back !!
Went down with the intention of leasing a new car, and was helped out nicely. We never felt pressured or swindled. They wanted us to know all the features and prices before making any decision. We were helped by Mike, a tall older gentlemen. He was very kind and helpful!

I seriously regret buying a car from Car Pros Kia Glendale. It's only been about 4 months and trying to speak with someone is so stressful. Even when speaking to the same employees, whom sold us the car, they continue to try and sell us a car as if we were new customers. Glendale Kia just cares about making sales but dont genuinely care about their customers.
