Make sure you check the vehicle before signing. They're warranty means nothing if they don't fix the problem. I made the mistake of believing that they would address the issue... I am miserable with the car & the "deal" I got. 12 hours after signing a lease I made an attempt to exchange for a different car... was ignored, physically waited at Kia 2times for management to help resolve, finally was promised a call with a polite gesture for me to leave & wait till monday for a response. Since then (now thurs) ive been calling relentlessly but dismissed with "hes busy/not in/ leave a msg"... very very unhappy. IF I COULD REVERSE TIME I WOULD UNDO THIS MISTAKE. Horrible service department! !!!!! Don't come here!!! I was getting 3 security recalls done here. Waited 3 hours .they couldn't even use mats so they didn't dirty my car. I asked if they can wash it. The guy said I would have to wait another hour. I said no I couldn't wait to get out of there. I will never come here again. My friends and family will hear about the shitty service I received. Very unprofessional and crappy service.
