I live 5 mins away from Kia of Downtown but I drive all the way to Glendale to see Adrian because of the awesome service. He never tries to get me to purchase any package that I don't want. I tell him what the issue is, he calls a technician to check it out, and always stays within my budget. It doesn't matter what time of day I show up whatever time they guarantee my car will be ready it's always ready at that time

I make him run like 5 time to paking lot and changing cars and top i have my 9 month baby with me ,my credit is high 500 =( but they help me with really low low down , and I got 2017 forte and payment is less then $ 400 what also I can ask for thank u for helping me to rebuild my credit, staff person(s) are very paciente with you from beginning to end.

Drove off in a brand new Kia Optima Hybrid. Really awesome experience for my husband and I today. Very down to earth and knowledgable sales team. We worked with Kola and Kaalan and they were so nice and helped us find the right car for our lifestyle and budget. Steve in finance really helped close things out and answered all out questions with the contract. This was my second time buying a car at Glendale Kia and I can say for sure they have a client for life.
5 stars say's it all. sales person(s) are very paciente with you from beginning to end. only thing wish there would have been more choices on colors os model I was looking at.
