Typical bait and switch dealership. I was pre approved on line for 350 a month with no money down but when I got there they told me it would be 385 a month with 900 down and I was ok with that. That's when the games began. I was turned over to another sales perso n that told me it would be 470 a month with 1500 down. I turned it down and left. Very unethical. The girl who I originally set the deal up with was a ghost, I never even met her. What a shame. KIA has a great product. Unfortunately not ethical people selling them.

Worst dealership ever! The only redeeming quality is their service department.
Quite the circus here. The vultures attack you in sales when you get here and once you buy the car and report any issues they avoid you like the plague. Very unprofessional, maybe they should invest in a customer service course and properly train all employees. And the managers are magicians they are here to make the sale but when you call in or come in regarding an issue poof, they magically disappear. Can't wait to be done with this hell hole
WORST experience ever! Go to some other KIA the manager wearing a tacky suit thinks he can get away with telling people to go some where else and get some other car means loosing customers worst customer service ever
I want to start with saying you guys offered me awesome service I had a great experience while I was there my sales person Ryan Sheikh was very polite and kind he kept checking on us once in awhile while all the paperwork was being negotiated absolutely no hassle which was great also want to say thanks to Andy for being able to give me that loan and getting me on that Optima thanks again guys preciate it I will definitely be sending business your way
