RecommendedMy review of 5 stars is for the service department, because the sales department would get a 2.5 starts. I had had in total 6 kias. Until tomorrow when my 7th is arriving a Kia Telluride SX AWD. I have bought only one out of the 7 here but I always bring my cars to this dealership for maintenance. Worst customer service in the service department
An appointment is an appointment. You should not have to wait in line 25 minutes to get to the customer service rep to check in. I suggest utilizing a manager to move the line along and not waiting til the line builds up to react. Secondly, quote the correct estimate of time for the recalls to be fixed. I was told 2 hours, when we got there they told us 8 hours, nothing was added to the service. Seems like they have serious communication and customer service opportunities! #unhappycustomer
El día de ayer quise cambiar mi carro una Nissan armada 2009 por una 2017 misma que compre con ustedes hace 3 años y cuando supuestamente la evalúan que no vale nada mi carro para ellos que quieren dinero de entre entiendo que mi crédito no es bueno pero jamás eh quedado mal con los pagos de mi carro soy cliente de ustedes desde hace 7 años y no se me hace bien que ayan hecho esto ocupo ayuda hablar con el manager oh alguien más arriba quiero la Nissan armada 2017 porfavor
Brought my car in for the first and complimentary oil change. While waiting for the service I caught up with my sales guy Elias. I got to see his new ride and afterwards walked over to the Americana at Brand which is a block away. Great place to explore and also had lunch at the Shake Shack across the street. Great service and nice people.
Adrian is great. I only have a problem with the wait time. 2.25 hours for regular maintenance. I drive from santa clarita because adrian is the best.
