Never again! My son had a battery issue and dropped car off at 4:30 pm. He had 30K service done at same time and service agent up sold him to buy over $300 of services that were not needed or recommended by KIA. I called 0730 in morning to tell them to do only required maintenance but they told me it was too late. Short story is we paid over $1,000 for a battery and a 30K service. Really disappointed that service managers still take advantage of people like this.

Greet a customer as soon as they arrive. I waited for 20 minutes before anyone asked could they help me. Other customers came in after me and were helped ahead of me.
