Had an issue with clutch, got it checked out at peterborough kwikfit who quoted £1500 after reviewing it by putting it on a on a ramp plus had 1 week appointment. Good car, and the sale was quick and clear at a reasonable price
Sold me a car that I found out a few weeks later had a faulty ignition system. Adam said he would fix it. He arranged for it to go to 3 different garages non of witch was able to fix it, he tried to fob me off with a free service instead of fixing the issue. This has been going on now for 8 month's and he still hasn't fixed the issue and since july he wont respond to messages. This now looks like the finance company will take them to court. I went to Wisbech to look at a BMW seven seater elsewhere and it wasn’t for me. Looking online we found an Smax Vignale for sale with Car Nation. We headed over to them with ten minutes notice and they could have been more helpful. Took the car for a test drive and it was the right car for us. Great condition and top spec. Within a few days the car had been MOT’d and was ready to collect. We had one issue since which Car Nation have helped to rectify for us and didn’t need to.
Very friendly and helpful team. There were a few things that needed sorting out with the car including two new front tyres as they were near the legal limit (they agreed to put two part worn tyres on the front), the car was full of dog hair and had a smell (they sent the car for a full valet, which sorted out the smell and made the interior look much cleaner).
