I have been coming to capricorn for a couple of years now. I attend every week. Simone is the best massage therapist I have ever used. She has saved me from so many injuries. Highly recommended

I go in for sports massages every month with Simone and I am literally walking because of this incredible lady! I’ve had back issues for years, I’ve seen multiple people who have not helped me in the slightest. My back went again back in 2023 and I was struggling to get in to see someone - my sister in law recommended Simone and she managed to squeeze me in on a weekday evening (so very grateful) and I could barely walk when I went in, and when I came out I was like a new woman! Highly recommend Simone for sports massage. The treatments have made a massive difference to my recovery from a frozen shoulder. I began regaining movement right from the first session with a noticable reduction in pain. The sessions are tough but worth it. Only wish I had gone sooner!
