Capitol Improvements did an absolute wonderful job on my roof. Lance was very professional and did a great job explaining everything I needed in great detail. The work was completed in the time they gave me and it was a top tier job. I’m a 100% satisfied.
Not a great experience. Contract was signed in July for a new door. The door was not installed until November. Got the runaround from the owner with two delays to install. When I asked why, he just shrugged it off and acted like it wasn't a big deal. Door showed up to our house with no prior communication. Delivered in our garage only to be notified that evening our install was pushed ANOTHER two weeks. At this point, I was very unhappy and talked to the owner and project manager.
