Anyone looking for a very professional contractor, please stop looking. Janny Roofing are the best. We live in the UK so cannot currently get to our home in Florida so you can probably appreciate the stress of have a new tile roof installation from over 4000 miles away. Janney just completed our roof- 1 day in and out. I couldn't believe it! Dallas was exceptional at walking us through the process, the crew was on point, cleaned up great. Highly recommended.
My insurance company requested to have the roof replaced for them to review my policy. I got quotes and even though Janney was not the cheapest. I asked Peter Cleeveley the sales rep was dealing with to compare and justify the reason for their quote being higher, even though his answer was not very technical but mostly personal and I quote his text message and I quote "In addition to that there's gotta be something wrong with that bid/company.
