We were very impressed with their salesman. He was very professional and polite to talk with. He talked a good talk but their service was terrible. They dropped the ball a number of times all the way to billing afterwards. They had poor internal and external communications throughout our roofing project, and we kept having to get clarifications and stay on top of them.
