This company with its really good reviews has turned out to be a complete disappointment. We had hail damage from a storm in April. I called The Exterior Company (TEC) after receiving a flier and researching their reviews. Melvin responded promptly and started the relationship in a positive way. The home was inspected, the claim filed, and he was responsive to my calls with questions. Our experience with The Exterior Company was nothing but absolutely AMAZING!!! KEN STOLTZFUS and his team did an absolutely beautiful job on not just our rooves, but also my mother in-laws roof!! Both were done in one day! His team was very kind and respectful of our flower beds, and such. We would recommend them highly to anyone looking to have a new roof! Recently had our roof replaced by TEC. Brad Gillis did a fantastic job, going above and beyond by taking care of all the heavy lifting with the insurance company after we opened our claim following storm damage. Workers were polite, responsible and took care of cleaning up any remnants upon completion. The roof looks incredible!! Thanks Brad & TEC, Steve & Aristi Nunemaker

Aaron was great to work with. Due to the pandemic my insurance company wouldn't send an adjuster out to assess hail damage. Aaron worked directly with them for the entire process and was able to get the roof covered. The roof was replaced very quickly and looks great!

TEC has been a great company to work with. They replaced my and my father's roofs. Each was done in one day and the job site was left incredibly clean. The roofers were very professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a roofing contractor

A truly excellent company. We just had our roof replaced. Our roof is a bit weird, but the experts at TEC knew just how to tackle it. The work was done timely and to top quality at the quoted price.
