This company with its really good reviews has turned out to be a complete disappointment. We had hail damage from a storm in April. I called The Exterior Company (TEC) after receiving a flier and researching their reviews. Melvin responded promptly and started the relationship in a positive way. The home was inspected, the claim filed, and he was responsive to my calls with questions. Very pleased with the overall work that was done. Had our roof replaced and Keith Beiler did an excellent job working with the insurance company adjuster. Crew and materials arrived as scheduled and they did a great job with replacing the roof all in one day! Would highly recommend T.E.C. for doing the work you need. Can't recommend them: misleading sales tactics; emails and phone calls are ignored; roof leaked the first rainy day after they replaced it and they then tried to claim it wasn't their problem.
