I do not like their methods. I owe them too much to change banks at this time. So I will suck it up
I am new to Capital One and called in to ask a question about my billing cycle. Their rep, Susan, was incredibly helpful! I just received a handwritten note in the mail from her wishing me luck with nursing school. How amazing for a heartfelt, handwritten note to be sent in this day and age! Thank you, Susan and Capital One!
After 30+ years, Capital One Bank cancelled Separated and Divorced Catholics of the Archdiocese of Washington's account without notice and provided no reason. This was at the time we were finalizing our payments to Loyola Retreat House for our 2015 Annual Father Vince O'Brien Memorial Retreat. Does Capital One not like doing business with Catholics or Divorced people? Maybe we did not have enough money although they have used our money and never paid a cent interest.
