So I called them to increase my card bc I had emergency and I was declined bc I had to many inquiries. My card gets paid every month on time. Nice how companies care any more.

I had a credit card lost in a house fire tried to get a new card so i can pay the cards back they told me they dont take payments on phone but online but my payments wasent going through they werent helpful at all
This is a joke!! They advertise $0 annual fee but then charge you $19.99. Careful with this people!!! You can check the website of CapOne Platinum Card. It says plain and clear $0 annual fee but they just charged me $19.99. Now they say that they will send me the terms and conditions. I will make it public! for the people to see how what is in the terms and conditions very very small does not coincide with what they advertise very very big.
The worst bank I have ever dealt with. I know that's not saying much. They are all the same these days. Leaches without any regard for their clients needs. As a small business operator they are truly more of an adversary than partners in business. No. Enemy is a better description. Everything they do is designed to feed the rich with the crumbs of the struggling poor.
