A bit disappointed..log ins for bill paying becoming a pain in the backside that need not be.
I have been with these people for 20+ years......THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE WONDERFUL BUT the board members keep trading this bank and changing our accounts...I AM NOT OPPOSED TO PROGRESS BUT neither I nor any others i know of have or will be benefting in any way from all these changes...other than this THIS BANK HAS BEEN EXCELLENT...
They will lock your account without warning. And after 3 hrs .... Three hours waiting to talk to someone,and being disconnected many time, I get asked the most ridiculous questions that have nothing to do with verifying who I am (like I was told). All I can say is that they better be glad that I was just getting a snack when I found out my account was locked and not sitting in an ER with my kids trying to pay a copay.
I think capital one can with credit crisis is true.
I want everyone to know, capital one will NOT be on your side in a dispute! I have been trying to submit my paperwork to them for weeks, but everything is sent to the Philippines and no one helps you, I own 8 company's! and I am also a pastor, I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect
My debit card gets compromised and there is no branch to replace it.
