I will be shopping for a new bank, because you cut the Saturday hours at your Nicholson Land branch and the ATM at the Gallery Place Metro has been down for over a month, if you don't fix it by Wednesday at Noon EST, I'll move my money to a new financial institution. Those last two actions prove that you don't care about us customers.
Capital one is one of the worst banks ever. Someone did a charge that I didn't do of 901 dollars and they r taking their time like no big deal to them since it is not there money. I'm switching banks after this.
The bank keeps resetting my monthly mobile deposit limit to less than I normally deposit in a week. Have called twice a month for six months with no resolution. Poor bank, poor customer service, poor app. Not one good thing to say about the people or the business. Shy away, shy far far away!

Extremely poor customer service. Representatives are rude and condescending. Off-shore representatives can not speak the English language in a clear and concise manner. I would love to be a part of a class action suit against this company.

When I had my accounts with Chevy Chase, all was well. Capital One has closed the branch in Dunkirk, MD on Saturdays. Does it not occur to them that Saturday is when working people do their errands, which includes going to the bank? When I complained, all they wanted to do was show me how to take a picture of a check to deposit it. Allegedly, it is more convenient--for them.
