My branch has been downgraded to ATMs and 3 employees. No signage telling people to register at Ipad. Several customers came but needed help with ATM so employees called to help. One lady needed a pen to sign check for ATM deposit - she had to employee to bring her one. My wait was 1 hour to see banker. Thank God the employee was great but Capitalone Bank changes benefit only themselves NOT the customers
Garbage. Terrible customer service. Too bad they just don't care. I was a good customer. I will be moving my banking elsewhere and will never use them again.
Very unhappy with this bank in Shreveport, LA since they automated most of the branch banks. The online & telephone help is terrible. Please post to correct Capital One FB page.
Idiotic bank I have ever dealt with. Tried to make a.one time payment over phone for my credit card. They are trying to demand your bank acct routing # to deduct future payments. Then I suggested maybe dropping my check in a night deposit so they could process the next day, as I am traveling tomorrow early.They told me I needed a special key for this.
