Horrible customer service. Actually hung up on when asked for a supervisor. Was given 3 different sets of information to finally be fed some line about “Fraud department” saying they couldn’t. Don’t believe that for one second. Multiple payments made from the same account and you decide to hold a payment because we’re being responsible and paying off our card when we use it. Today I logged in in my capital one home loan account. I saw the message "Thanks for being a Capital One HomeLoans customer. Just a reminder, the servicing of your home loan was transferred to SELECT PORTFOLIO SERVICES on August 01, 2018." i am shocked because nobody discuss with me. We have been with our bank since it was Bank of Granite for over 20 years and have been through 3 mergers and Capital Bank is the worst ever!!! Nothing but problems since moved from Community One. We are leaving them on Monday morning as soon as we can get a new acct opened right up the road. Good luck keeping your Mt View Customers!
