Woo-Hoo!! I've been a customer for 9 almost 10 years. I still had some old accounts with annual fees. I asked if they could waive them, but they wouldn't. I just closed 3 accounts with no hassle. Comcast should take note here. I would have liked to keep the accounts, but there's so many other options out there. I just took my business to Chase and American Express, both of which were approved!! 1 last account and I'm done with Capital One!! I can't wait!! So I went into capital one in Manassas, VA with my 2 year old daughter. I was talked into opening a savings account (which I was told needed no minimum balance) for her and deposited $50 to get her started. After a few months I check to see how much interest had accumulated. Come to find out all but $5 had been removed through maintenance fees. So I return to the bank where, of coarse, they refuse to take responsibility for their mistake. Congratulations Capital One. You've successfully robbed a toddler!! For shame. #imissch... read more
Capital One stinks. That's why I am paying off my balance and not using any services. Check out their web page. Try to sign up for paperless statements. Impossible, can't be found. Try to send an email to customer service. Good luck with that. Way too many popups surveys/promotions. Even the facebook page has popups. Cannot recommend!!!!!!!!!
One of the nations rip off Bank is Capital One Bank. This bank steal people's money from their account. Please don't misguide BONOUS $50 for opening Capital One 360. DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH CAPITAL ONE BANK. FRAUD BANK. RIP OFF BANK.
