I wish I could give NO STAR. These people are rude and disrespectful. They call and demand payment without allowing the individual to ask any questions of their own. The dates and payment the are requesting do not match up, I don't know where the increases came from. I'm in the process of disputing. They are the first set of creditors that I am truly disgusted by. I am informed about my rights and the collectors seem intimidated by this and get rude. After fighting and fighting and fighting I couldn't bring it to myself to give up on trying to better myself. After months of being persistent, I came across a supervisor named Blossom who listened to my ability to only satisfy only a small percentage of the requested balance ($3,155). I explained to her how hard its been to get a collection agency to work with me to better my life because they're always so rude like you're a horrible person for having debt. Kate was so disgusting and very rude. I was willing to resolve my account by gathering all information available she basically hung up on me. She asked if I was calling to argue or pay the bill I was simply asking questions and speaking out loud to understand the situation. Very nasty people. Will consult with my lawyer moving forward.

I received this morning a letter (bill) of 424$ for some carrolton Emergency physician, apparently this doctor is in Georgia, I have NEVER been in georgia. the two woman I spoke with were rude, didn't want to give ay information on the so call account in "my name", i keep asking questions on where's the doctor, whats the doctor address, whats the phone number on the person that this bill suppose to be noted, the woman terminate the call and hang up on me!

I received a call from a man asking for me by my first and last name. I confirmed that he was speaking to the said person. then he starts rambling off my birthdate, and my ss # asking me to confirm this. I said I am not confirming my private personal info to someone that I dont know. the phone number didnt identify the caller only showed the phone number. In October of 2015 I received medical treatment for something in NJ (the state in which I lived). I failed to pay the bill on time and they subsequently sold my debt to Capio Partners. I paid the debt and everything was done. This morning I received a call from them stating that I received medical treatment in Beaver PA in 2015 and that I had an outstanding bill. Capio Partners showed up on my credit report brining my score down. I don't know who they are and when I looked up a number to call, I spoke to a woman that wouldn't tell me who they were or what they do. She just wanted my SS#. Then she says that it isn't her department that has my name, it's another department.....yet again, will not tell me who they are or why they left a black mark on my credit! I called Capio Partners after receiving a letter claiming that I owe money for hospitalization in 2014. I spoke with ****, an extremely rude individual that did not want to listen to my explanation that there is no physical way I could have been at the facility I am supposed to have received services, as I was in a different state on that date.
