This company called me out of the blue asking me to verify personal information. I refused because I have never heard of them and didn't know why they were calling. When I asked them why they were calling they said they couldn't tell me until they verified my information. I still refused because it sounded sketchy. Because I refused they hung up on me. Please help! i paid my balance to Capio on 04/05/2017 they reported as outstanding to my credit report 2 days later on 04/07/20178. spent over 3 hours with them on the phone and no one seem to understand why that happened....they say they cant remove it from my credit report now that is posted....even tho debt has been paid.

Capio Partners refuses to send a monthly statement showing your balance and what's been paid. They prefer to call and harass every single month. I was told if I allow them to directly take the payment from my account each month I can have a statement. That is crazy. I pay every month and I want a statement showing my payments and balance. or I want to be able to log online and view it. They prefer to call and harass people!
