Scammers, pinned a collection account on my name even when they had my wrong DOB! I called them and was placed on indefinite hold and when I called from another line and asked for the person that I just spoke to I was sent to a different one, 4 sperate times!

I have tried to get ahold of this company but they never get back to me. I got a bill with no explanation of charges. I want them to drop this bill.

I have insurance through my hospital . I have called my hospital and ask them did they pay all of my medical bills and they said yes I should have any on my credit we'll come to find out the bill they say I owe I didn't even go in for anything that month or 4 month before that . The hospital said do a hipaa suit

This company is a Scam!! They sent me a bill for $266 that I'd never heard of. They said it was a hospital bill, so I called the hospital and talked to a lady for a long time and she searched and searched and found nothing! She said I shouldn't pay it but told me to call their number and make them show me proof of the debt, so I did and the guy said he'd send it out but the next day they reported it on my credit. This company is a joke. They bought a debt from another debt collector. I had disputed that debt as it was completely fraudulent had a letter sent to them having them remove it from my credit and this place bought it from the other company. Now it is showing on my credit report again. I will not pay them. They are trying to extort money from people. I will have another letter sent and have this removed again. Had a bill placed on my husbands credit for $57. Never received a bill for that amount nor has capio ever sent us a letter regarding it. Trying to get it cleared up has been a nightmare!! Just want to pay it but cannot get ahold of anyone. To top it off to pay it online you have to have the information off the letter that we have never received!! Would love to get this resolved as it is affecting his credit.

It is a total scam company. It showed up on my report for no reason. I disputed it and it was removed with no questions asked. I think it's origins are in China according the the BBB site.

Who are these creeps? Never heard of them. They made a report to Experian that I owe them $173 and I have no clue what for. Do not have even a single piece of mail from them. They deserve a negative 10 star review.

I wish I could leave 0 stars!!!! I have NO IDEA WHO THESE PEOPLE ARE!!! I just got an update on my credit report and they are saying I owe a debt!!! Who are these people???? The more I research them I just see how they aren't even an accredited company. Should I get a lawyer?!? They claim I opened an account in October. I haven't opened an account anywhere.
