They are non stop harassing me day after day calling and calling from different numbers. Its annoying.

This company has never reached out to me but now all of a sudden they are showing on my credit report as a debt owed to them for an ER bill. The bill they claim I owe to them is the same amount I owe to another financial institute for an ER bill. Looks like a double collection only difference is the other company that owns the debt reached out to me, Capio LLC has never reached out to me.

This company refuses to send me an itemized bill or answer any questions and hangs up on me. They call non stop and are extremely rude but clearly don't want to address the nature of their call. How they handle business is absolutely unacceptable. When I receive answers I'd be happy to move forward but that's not even possible when they hang up on you. The abuse needs to stop or they need to remove my number until they will send me a itemized bill and will actually be adults and speak to me.

This company called me to resolve a debt and before confirming that it was me they called to speak to, they gave my birthday and social security number without even knowing it was me. I hung up immediately. She was forceful and very rude.

I'm a retired, disabled veteran. I've been constantly harassed by this company for an ER visit I already paid my copay and ******* had already paid their portion. It appears to be a fraud company. Please investigate and know your medical insurance to the fullest so that you aren't taken advantage of. These crooks will continue to be what they are; inconsiderate, soulless cretins that walk the earth to prey on innocent law abiding, tax paying, country serving citizens like ourselves.

This company reported a delinquency on my credit report without ever contacting me on the phone or in writing. I had no idea what this supposed debt was for. I called them, but they would not give me any information (even what type of company they were) without me providing data I was not willing to provide. Come to find out this debt, if owed, past the statute of limitations and they are not allowed to file suit for old debt.

I keep getting letters in the mail from capio partners regarding medical service on a date i never been to seek any medical attention, i checked all my previous doctor vists and none of them match the date of service on the notice I received i also even reached out to caprio to resolve the incorrect letters i keep getting in the mail that was also added to my credit report and decreased my score by 50+ points and affected my chances to get approved for a credit limit increase but now since i had to go through so much to get ... read more
