I just received a bogus bill from Capio, claiming that I owe $733.70 from a medical bill (4 bills combined), from early 2018. I paid this to the hospital in 2018 and have copies of the canceled checks to prove it. They really need to get a life and quit harassing people. I'll be handing this off to my lawyer for fraud and harassment. *********

As I'm writing this I'm currently in dispute because Experian was kind enough to notify me of a credit change on my account. These people are claiming that I owe $1600 to a hospital that had already been paid off two years ago and are just now contacting me/posting this old and incorrect information on my credit report. Are you kidding me?? If any of you from Capio read this, you need to get your information and your facts straight before you go about messing with people's lives in a PANDEMIC. I never received a letter and the bill is for $55 dollars. Don't know what company this is and I just seen it on my credit report! My credit been had a fraud alert on it because someone is using my information.

I would give 0 stars if this was the option. I called this people because I have a Medical Debt due CANCER TREATMENTS !!!!! that I was never told about. The letter this company sent me noticing me was way after they had report it to the Credit Bureaus which is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They should notify the people first and then report the debt. Would leave 0 stars if possible. I paid off an account with them with the promise of them removing the account from the credit bureaus. However after paying the just marked the balance as $0.00 which is not what was discussed or promised by this company. Very shady company with bad business principles.

This company is unprofessional, unethical, and harassed me repeatedly. Men from this company would call me and say my name, date of birth, is this you, and hang up on me. I felt like I was being stalked or they were trying to steal my identity. I would ask who they are? What company they are calling from and they would say "if you don't confirm your information, I'm done with you," or "I can't help you" or "I have nothing to say to you" They said the company name, but wouldn't tell me why they were calling it why they needed... read more

Should be 0 stars! Receive a letter about being in collections from a bill over 4 years old. The bill is invalid as the hospital made an error in billing and technically the hospital owes me money for having me pay an amount for my deductible that was already met. Worked with the hospital and issue was resolved, that was over 4 years ago and there has been no correspondence about the bill since. Call and hang up, they don't say a word. You hear a beep to know you're being recorded and then click. Or they'll demand a flat "yes" from you when trying to verify identity instead of the casual "yeah". That makes you sound like a scam. Get your policies a little more people friendly and then MAYBE I'll talk to you.
