RUN FROM THIS PLACE LIKE ITS THE PLAGUE!! Second time dealing with Cape Cdjr, unfortunately had to bring my truck to a ram dealer for service. caught them in multiple lies, and caught them " accidentally " over charging me twice to almost $300 more than what I was quoted on the work order in his hand! was told they would "discount" the labor only to catch the parts cost go up nearly $150. excuses foreverything, so pissed right now I can hardly type. Beware of this place

We came in to buy the purple Jeep. We were VERY specific about who we wanted to finance with. Capital One pre approved us. We said several times to not shop other lenders. Needless to say we were told other lenders offered different terms, but no word on capital one. Our credit was hit 8 times with lenders we didn’t want approached. We walked away from the deal. You lost out. Today we received the formal approval terms from capital one, guess you won’t be selling that Jeep to us. Your loss.
I brought my 2019 Grand Cherokee in for it's first oil change about 2 weeks ago. Daniel Smith was my Service Advisor and he was truly wonderful. I had already scheduled an appointment online and he was quick getting the rest of my information and answered any questions I had. I brought up an issue with my right rear window trim as it appeared to be scuffed or damaged and he was able to get the part ordered through warranty. Excellent staff and facility! The managing partner Jay is an awesome guy who is very knowledgeable and fair. The salesman Giankarlo Serrano was professional and enthusiastic. In the service department Dan was a huge help and took great care of some parts for my truck. Rob with operations was also great to deal with. This was by far the best car buying experience I have had with great prices. I highly recommend Cape Coral CDJR.
all they advertise is that they will pay off your current vehicle and offer you up to $4,000 Kelly blue book value. they were not even close to paying off my vehicle even though they continously said it was in excellent condition. And when I said I wouldn't be financing with them the price jumped $9,000. They were very rude and snappy. My brother in law had the same experience and I hoped they would redeem themselves for my experience but did not.
End result was me leaving Happy. It didn't start that way. I was not acknowledged for about 4o minutes during a sale weekend. When I was about to leave Giankarlo Serrano stopped me to apologize. He started the issue would be discussed the following morning in a meeting. I due hope something was taken away from this to help the staff with people skills Giankarlo Serrano and Martin Ortiz then proceeded to help we work out a deal that fit my budget with the Jeep Cherokee I wanted!!
