Very insulated! I’ve been by one time in the past and test drove a challenger superbee and had ZERO issues. The guy at the time was great, laid back, told me I could drive anything I wanted. Never once had to do “paperwork” or even go inside. Went in on a Saturday with my husband and daughter to look at a challenger r/t scat pack and we couldn’t even test drive it without “filling out paperwork” to make sure it would even be a car option for us because it’s a “higher end” car. There's much more than meets the eye here at cc cdjr. Quinton was on top of the transaction and Ray financed us. I bought the Wrangler Sport. it sure needed wheels and tires maybe a lift kit. Talked w Jay and Quinton. ordered the stuff . Dropped off the Jeep and wow what a transformation! Better than I expected!'Would not hesitate to buy again, so we did. Do not go here! You’ve been honestly warned. Everyone who left a good review did when first buying the car because their happy but later watch how they treat you. Complete scam artists wolves in sheep’s clothing. Be extremely cautious you can read tons of reviews on here that would tell you the truth about these disrespectful guys. I’ve had the worst experience since buying a brand new car here 3 months ago. I can’t even explain because it’s too much to write out. Just know your taking a huge risk dealing with them!
Bought a 2019 Ram 1500 and it had a vibration. Took it back 4 times and still vibrates. The guys in the white shirts in service are useless. They dont have a loaner program so you have to drop your vehicle off during the week before 6 do you can get a rental car. So if you work out of town you're screwed. Hertz isnt there on saturday or Sunday. They figured it was a flat spot on the tires but all they did was keep swapping out with other trucks instead of just putting a couple new tires on it. I Was Greeted Right Away and Everyone was Very helpful and Receptive . And Understood Exactly What My Problem Was.
We went through Vincent gonnelly and I can't express how great he was. This was our first time buying a new car and he helped us every step of the way. Answered all our questions and even got us a great deal with payments. Almost 100 lower then what we were even expecting. I Highly recommend him with any of your buying needs.
