Gee guys, I bought my new Jeep in 2015 at Galeana and so I decided to give Cape Coral Jeep a try and maybe a future purchase when I decide to trade my Jeep, because I live in the Cape. I needed an oil change and went thru the express lanes and I was ignored for at least 15 minutes. Staff look unorganized so I left and waved good bye. I have no issues with Galeana and the service is good, just thought I would give my business to Cape Coral. Oh well!

I dropped a company city pro master off at the Cape Coral CDJR dealership on 12/14/19 because it began shifting very hard. Last time it did this, it felt like the transmission was going to drop out. Check engine light came on, followed by service transmission. I contacted the company owner and advised him. He has many of these trucks and stated, it may just need a software update. I bought a used Durango and already left a 5 star for the sales team. Now I’ve had the chance to experience their Awesome service department as well. Brian was extremely timely with get my issue identified and let me know what to expect through out the process. Freddy was the technician who took the time to explain what was going on with my car and what he did to fix it. I would recommend them only because there is no other option close to this area for dodge. They are nice but don’t really pay attention to what you tell them about what is wrong with your vehicle. If the computer tells them there is no problem then they are stumped. When they tell u the price before you come to pick up your vehicle it is always more than what they say. Dropped off my Ram Pickup last night for an 8am appointment this morning! Just called at 4:50 PM and said well they will try to get to it tomorrow... WTF!!! Not what I expected from this new dealership..
they are liars they work badly they promise and it is a lie they do not buy anything there they are wrong in their favor and they do not solve anything check the Gap insurance $ 1500 and they make you a new plate having one yours and then they do not return the money to you.
Service was atrocious. Completely unorganized, unprepared, and unprofessional. Took over a month to finally get an appointment after my car was looked at to even schedule services on my car, they told me after I dropped it off and was in the waiting area over an hour that it was going to take much longer than expected, the only rental cars available were hemi trucks or diesels and I was responsible for bringing it back with a full tank, and on the second day even though upon scheduling services they assured me all parts were... read more
