I bought a new to me truck (love it). We got my wife a new vehicle (she loves it). Referred a friend, he bought a vehicle (he loves it). Was promised a $100 referral fee (still waiting for it). It’s been almost two months. It’s not about the money, but more the principal!

I was disappointed with how long service took my truck was in there all day did not get one call I had to call to find out what was going on with my own truck I was told I will get to call back in 10 minutes that did not happen I had to call back an hour later to be told at 4:30 they need an approval to do work I was also told they were going to wash my truck when I picked it up it was also disappointed with the washing of the truck was still dirty
