Five times my Jeep has been in their shop. Five. For water leaks. I paid for a full lifetime warranty and when I needed my spare taken care of I had to call 4 times to see if it was in and they forgot to call me. I work 100+ hours a WEEK I’m tired of bring there everyday I have off. FIX MY LEAKS, do something to make the situation better because I’m extremely pissed off and disappointed

I will never use this service department or this dealership again, This place is an absolute joke I’ve brought my vehicle in for the third time for the same problem because they could not fix it the first two times after telling me it’s been corrected. Worst service department I’ve ever been to. They take forever and don’t follow up with the customer. They told me my power steering pump was working and had great pressure and all I needed was to flush it and it would take two hours. Didn’t get my car back until the next day and then told me I needed a power steering pump $1000. Go to Galeana Dodge if you want good service and people you can trust. I need to buy a new car in two years when my son graduates college. I know where I won’t be buying it from.
