RecommendedI stopped in to have an oil change on my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I didn’t purchase it there, but the convenience of it being close to where I live is what drew me there. Jose greeted me immediately when I pulled into the Express Lube. I was told it would be about 45 minutes and I only waited about 30! The inside of the dealership is impeccable and everyone was so nice. I received a welcome card with 10% off my next oil change, will definitely be returning!

They fixed my electronics problem and at N/C. No complaints.
Talk about lack of customer service. I’m not sure they even have customer service. We’ve went to the dealership twice. Ignored BOTH times. My husband had to interrupt two employees, just to talk to someone. We are looking for a specific truck color and the employees said they would NOT do a dealership trade to get what we were looking for. Then the went along with their business and offered NO other assistance. So your lack of customer service, lost you a sale! Now we are working with Naples. They actually want our business.
I work in sales here, and it's a beautiful dealership with a lot of inventory ranging from rare finds to your every day common vehicles. there's a perfect car for everyone here! come in and ask for Dan Allred if you want a great car deal in a timely manner.
My first purchase at this place was a joke. Maybe the service department will help change my mind some In the future. It’s a nice place well it is a new dealership.
Scam pricing! Lure you in with low prices advertised on their website... only catch is you have to be the one unicorn in the word to meet all the criteria to get that price! False Advertising!!!! Buyer beware
