Went there to have my rear view mirror fixed on a 2017 grand Cherokee. it popped off when adjusting. They told me there was no way to fix it, it was worn and I had to pay almost $700 to get a new one and install it. . I was just over on manufacturers warranty and have an extended warranty . It was not worn. I knew this wasn’t true as I googled it. I Took it to George’s garage and they recommended someone who came to the house, popped it back on in 1 minute and asked for $5. I leased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee at another dealership in 2018. Cape Coral Jeep was not built yet. I never was comfortable dealing with that store so I took our Jeep to Cape Coral Jeep for oil and tire rotation. My experience was perfect. I was greeted by Jose Ortiz Jr. and they took my Jeep and was told it should only take an hour.
