I would not recommend this dealership. We went in expecting to receive their advertised deal, pay off your current car and get $4,000 towards a new one with no money down. We were there three days in a row and were promised a car within our price range. They did not communicate well between departments and they did not have the car ready when they said they would. this place is a big scam,heard about the “sale” they were having.Went into the dealership looking to trade in my wifes car for a cherokee and the kept giving us the run around,saying we got approved and then wanted to raise all kinds of rates.Wewere told $0 down and just our trade in and we’d have a new car.But after being told to come back tomorrow from saturday till today, nope i still have no car.Im definately going back to galeana to give them my business
Giankarlo Serrano completely took care of me! Very friendly as soon as I walked in. Handed me water right off the bat! I wasn’t confident I was going to be able to get to a number I could afford but the first thing he told me was I was leaving in the car and he was right! I did! Excellent experience, great price, left in a beautiful brand loaded Jeep Grand Cherokee!
Customer service was great no complain But still waiting on my $$$ refund my deposit haven’t got no calls or nothing from no one I call and email the sales manager the manager and nothing yet 🙄 i guess they don’t care about their customers bad service then I’ll say Be careful with them
